    Food is so good and they open till 10:30 p.m.

    So sick of Chinese restaurants not including rice with an order.  Ordered via door dash and nowhere did it say rice was not included.  I even left a note saying if there is no rice, please make sure to get some.  Order arrives.  No rice.  What a pathetic way to run a business.

    Sorry.  Had to give 1 star.  Actually 0 stars.  Food tasted great.  BUT, couple of things that were completely unacceptable.  1) They are the worst WORST food packers.  They crammed garlic spinach into the standard flimsy Chinese food takeout carton.  By the time it got home, it was SOAKED THROUGH and carton was completely broken down.  Result... garlic spinach juice leaked all into the bag.  Thankfully, the bag was intact and the food didn't leak out into the car.  2) THIS is the reason for 1 star.  There were 3 separate FOREIGN OBJECTS in the said garlic spinach.  2 were small pieces of something hard that I couldn't chew through.  1 was a twisted METAL WIRED!  Flat, less than 1mm wide, and over 1 inch in length!  Thankfully, I was the one who took the bite, AND NOT ONE OF MY KIDS.  So I was able to remove it, and wound up throwing out the rest of it because we didn't want to take a chance with the kids.  BE WARNED!  They may be good cooks, and the food was quite tasty... but it's NOT SAFE.  Won't be ordering from them again.

    One of a few restaurants left from old Chinatown. The atmosphere isn't much, call it retro, but the people are nice. At the end of the day the family proprietors eat a big communal meal. We had three items. General Wu's chicken, which was very good. Big chunks of deep fried chicken in a not too sweet sauce. Walnut prawns which were good. And salt and pepper squid which was a little too greasy, but very with some great cooked scallions.
    A really good, funky place. Reminds me of Chinatown from my college days in the '70s.

    This place definitely leaves something to be desired when it comes to Chinese food.   I was looking forward to a good lunch & got thoroughly disappointed.   It lacks in taste/flavor and with the bacon fried rice, there's barely any bacon in it.
